yeah i hear u lose weight pretty fast from staying away from it..im really motivated to try..its just going to be hard..i always have a pop wen i wake up to get me moving lol. .i just need some motivation to do this!! i know ib profen is going to be my best friend from caffeine headaches!!

from everything ive looked at, mornings are better to work out..i thinkbefore u eat breakfast bc it burns ur previous days calories and will help u burn more calories throughout the day...but w that being said, i can never work out till 10 or 11 at nite bc im home w my son during the day and work at nite so i go everynite…

feeling so moivated tonight after i hit the gym..i stayed longer than i usually do and didnt even notice..i wanted to get that extra mile in tonight..i usually do 2 miles on the treadmill, but tonight i did 3, as well as another 5 on the bike!! i just really wanna have a better weigh in next tuesday!! i was down a little…

my son is 8 months old..almost 9 months.. quit smoking with no problem wen i found out i was pregnant..and then wen he was a month old i bought a pack for the hell of it and feel even more addicted now then i did before..now ive been working out a lot but im so scared that i will gain wen i quit smoking..but its something…

I just started Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk and I absolutely love it..after learning the moves, i listen to my mp3 player while doing it so i can have some better music :)
