well the numbness and tingling may not go away but u do learn to live with it as sad as that sounds. At least in my case thats what has happened

whats the worst that can happen if u don't like it? they have chicken breast this week 1.69 a lb, tilapia 3.49 for 1 lb, avacados .49, 4 lb oranges 1.59. I buy from them quite a bit never had a bad product.

I rinse my tilapia with water, then season it with lemon pepper add a few slices of thin slice lemon put in a foil pack and back also rinse season bake in a foil pack and add some form of salsa. I do use a forman but it bothers i place foil on top and bottom of the fish (sprayed with pam first) then i throw the foil away.…

Family of two(mom and preteen) we spend 50.00 every two weeks on food and 50.00 every two on gas. But I am now to the point I have to buy nothing but fresh items, if i choose. shop sales if u can. Food banks and churches may help you as well.

i see the commercials for P90X and would love to try, sadly this AM i could not get my body to cooperate doing a simple jumping jack! ok i know this is bad but years ago i worked at mcdonalds and they used to serve tiny hard lil chocolate chip cookies which i would submerge into the shamrock shake mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmm good!!! no wondewr i am fat LOL

i do mushrooms, onions, spinich or power greens with 1/4 c egg beaters with some turkey bacon and sausage ALOT yummmmmmmmmm

I work 40 a week plus have a 10 year old. I prepack lunches and snacks for work plus I make sure to have me time every morning and thats my breakfast time.
