i have had it for breakfast(harder one) with a lil equal and milk eat it like cereal, very stange but my coworker is from the philippines and she had me try that . was tasty

Do u pack a lunch for work? Make a reg dinner and package your own homemade frozen dinners. make a fun night and invite a friend(s) over and have a lil dinner party where u can all cook healthy. You can also go to the local library and look for cooking for one/two cookbooks. Or try searching the net for them.

tonight i used a new wrap, ole xtreme wellness spinich and herb was so good! i used 1 oz chicken and 1/4 c brocoli slaw yummmm. the wrap itself is 74 cal

2 chicken breast 1 can black beans (undrained) 1 can corn (drained) 1/2 c salsa 1 pkt taco seasoning put in crock pot cook all day when u work, fork shred the chicken. Very good

i always wear a belt, so my big butt don't show(also to prevent em from falling off LOL) but i for one get tired of going anywhere and people are "insert any activity here" and there whale tail is shouting morning! gggrrrrrrrrrrrrr....and this is happenming from people of all sizes
