definitely water with those weight lifting sessions- muscles swell and take on extra fluid for repair and this will show initially as a gain on the scale, but no fear, set your weigh in days the DAY AFER a rest day, or at least a day off of weights, this will be more accurate

I go out frequently thru the week and weekends are CRAZY!!! however I rarely eat when I am out, and I stick to water and diet pop and if I do have a drink I make sure to dance my *kitten* off!
