I think when you overeat you're kinda in denial over the calorie content of absolutely EVERYTHING. I never used to look at the content of things, particularly on a binge, but then I'd look at the content of my favourite cookies or ice-cream and just feel sick that so little food contained so much fat. I eat very little…

I comfort ate when I had depression, and I ate just about anything, but my weakness has always been chocolate, sweet foods, cakes etc..

I've never worn a bikini in my life, and I really want to. I've turned down a lot of work because I've felt uncomfortable with my figure. I haven't been able to wear some of the clothes that I like because I'm too big. I can't wear shorts because of my thunder thighs. Dancing in public/on a night out because I think I…

I'm going to cycle 10 miles on my exercise bike and do some basic dumbbell exercises in the morning, then on boxing day I'll aim for around 20 miles and try and get some pilates in too.

I love all fruit, could eat it for every meal (and often do!) Right now my favourite is *drum roll*... Kiwi fruit!

Height: 5 ft 8 Weight: 165 lbs Chest: 34F Waist: 30 Hips: 40 I'm definitely a pear, 10 inch difference between my waist and hips!

Well done, you look fabulous!

I do around 20 - 30 squats with 5kg dumbbells in each hand around 5 times a week as part of my exercise programme. I haven't used an exercise ball yet, though, would you recommend it?

Way to go girl! Seeing the jeans laid out like that is amazing - really puts it into perspective.

Depends on what kind of size 12 you are, I suppose. There's a whole lotta difference between someone who is 5 ft and a size 12, and someone who is 5 ft 11 and a size 12. I wear a UK size 12 (US size 8) and I'm 5 ft 8. I'm aiming to be a size 10. Size 12 is not a fat size, but it depends on what goes into those size 12…

I have a genuine phobia of coleslaw. Can't look at the stuff without feeling nauseous and panicky. Seeing people eat it actually makes me want to throw up. It's a bizarre phobia, but it's mine. Oh, and I really hate those jars of curry sauce you get. I was taught the art of curry from a young age and can't abide the jarred…

Salma Hayak as Santanico Pandemonium in From Dusk Til Dawn, but I'm 5'8 so just elongate her a little :P I'd also like smaller breasts, at a 34F, mine are a little weighty, particularly since I have scoliosis and muscular problems, the weight is a burden. I'd like to be a D cup.

I did the exact opposite and ate half a curry and some rice yesterday, ordered from a takeaway. Which is terrible, because I'm of Indian heritage and can cook a better curry than any of my locals, and make one with half the calories too. But, it was the only actual meal I ate that day and I'm repenting my exercising until…

North East, not quite 20 yet (:

I'm 5'8 and my target weight is 133 lbs. I'm currently 165, was over 190 at my highest, and around 147 before I gained weight.

If I eat anything that isn't on my safe foods list I feel overcome with guilt, anxiety and fear. If I eat enough to feel 'full' I feel wracked with guilt. I can't eat a lot of food in one sitting, I have to pace myself through the day, eating little as often as possible to keep my metabolism going and to keep hunger pains…

After Christmas, I promise to work out at least 4 times a week, keep eating healthily, try and forgive myself for any relapses, and reach my target weight of 133lbs by the time I go to Italy for a week in May for a series of photoshoots. I want to look damn good in a bikini for the first time in my life.

A personal trainer and nutritionist to keep me on the right track.

I have the same problem. I can't reach my goal, I tend to eat around half it per day lately. To boost it a little to avoid 'starvation', I try to eat things with higher nutritional value but that are small in quantity so I don't feel like I'm force feeding myself. My favourites are granola bars, banana's and other fruit.

As a woman I ignore BMI - Women have a higher fat percentage, and there's the added weight of breasts, which in my case add aprox. 10 - 14 lbs. BMI is bull****.

Oh, I'm aware my aesthetics are far from the most important thing about me - I've previously completed an apprenticeship and I'm returning to college with the hopes of going on to university afterwards for the sake of a new career. But right now, with my home to keep running, bills to pay and college to attend, I need…
