Hey, I just noticed on the spreadsheet that I've completed 17 challenges!! I've walked/biked/kayaked/rowed for a total of 1,475 miles, that averages to 86 miles a month. What the spreadsheet doesn't say is in the course of those 17 challenges I've lost over 55 pounds and 3 inches on my waist. I feel I wouldn't have come…
