Goal!! Sadly, my loyal, steadfast One has finally bit the dust after months of hit or miss tracking. Memorial services were held by the garbage can. I didn't realize it wasn't working on Sunday, plugged it in Monday & made sure to have my phone on me all day, grabbed my One off the charger and went about my day yesterday…

GOAL!!! Ideally I would like to get another couple miles in on the bike, but after the super long day yesterday, I just don't think it's feasible. Nov 1-29 Walking: 36.12 Ex Bike: 7 Total 43.12

I am going to have to drop my mileage this month down to 35. MTD, I only have 23.97 miles in and feeling quite craptastic about it. The past 10 days have been ridiculous with seizures, testing, and doctor appointments-no reason for the seizures they can find. I beat the holy snot out of myself, my right side looks like…

I forgot to add in my post that we wandered around our county fair for a little over 6 hours and 5 miles, in the rain, and had a good time. The same vendors, some were in different places, and it was nice people watching.

Our area has a strain of the flu virus that is going around that hit HARD. I was down for the entire week last week, my husband the week before, and my bay grandson this week. They are prescribing ibuprofen, fluids when you can, iv's when you can't, and dissolvable Zofran for nausea. All in all, not a fun time. Sept 1-16,…
