Thanks! I sent you like four emails because my stupid phone had an issue.

I'm 203.8 today. YAY!! I want to break 200 by the end of this month. =) 1. The only soda I drink, is Coke Zero, and that is fairly rare. I have a case that I bought before Christmas and there's at least a 12pk left. 2. I will try to get more sleep, I've battled with insomnia since I was in junior high so regularly get…

Two incoming emails from me, one with pictures.

I use a Magic Bullet, I've gone through three since they came out with daily use. I use it for everything that I don't use my blender for: smoothies, grind coffee, mousse, baby food for the grandkids, you name it. Word of warning though--the GE one does not last. I had it a month before the motor died and was told by a CSR…

Bluiz13--Will you be doing this for April?? I want to sign up but keep missing the posting sign up threads. ~Libi

Married, two grown sons, two grandkids, workaholic, detest exercise, overweight, and crabby. =) The last part is according to my nieces & nephews because I don't let them run willy-nilly. But I am in a snit about the weather and lack of spring. Muddy roads and pasture mean no walking for me unless I do it in town, but then…

http://www.eat-yourself-skinny.com/2013/03/guilt-free-oatmeal-raisin-cookies.html These are pretty tasty. Not something I would eat every day or make real often. But good.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Plain greek yogurt with shredded cucumber makes a FANTASTIC  dip/spread that is DH approved. I grate 1 cucumber, let it drain, add a T of sea salt, let it drain more, dump onto paper towels to soak up MORE water, then gently mix in a cup of yogurt, garlic, and pepper to taste. I also used plain (salt/pepper) mashed…

^^^ THIS! To the OP--Yes, I did get where I'm at by overindulging far too much and exercising way too little. But I've made my goal ~NOW~ to eat healthier as often as possible. Some days I am just not hungry and others I could eat a horse. MFP set my calories at 1800, unless I ate empty calories I struggled. My doctor…

Or food delivery to the hungry zombies. I'm sure they'll appreciate not having to go out in the cold and snow.

Ah, but the real question is, is it red?

Nice kicks tho!

My freakin DH has to work 3hrs ahead of me and every day, EVERY DAY, he opens the closed room doors and all the cabinet doors in the kitchen just to freak me the hell out.

Crankstr, you're so mean to us! *squicky*

With you there. The tunnel under the James River and the bridge to The Outer Banks always scare the bejeezus out of me. I refuse to drive them & close my eyes every time.

And mimes.

Clowns, any clown except for a Harlequin. I know it's weird, but there it is. And snakes of any kind. I cry. When I was a kid with my grandmother, we went mushrooming with friends. My friend and I were merrily skipping down a deer path when a VERY large bull or rat snake stood up in strike position. My grandmother actually…

An electric stapler. Don't laugh....it's a heavy bugger. Also coffee, but that's not to be wasted bc soon the electricity will be out, I don't have a camping pot, and I'll be jonesing for my coffee. Fortunately, at this time, I'll be GRATEFUL that I hadn't wasted the effort of tossing something hot on a dead…

I'm with Penn. I did the same, lost about 40 pounds, but gained it all back plus when I was no longer able to afford the cost. I have lost roughly 30 pounds since my last doctor's visit April 2012 *BUT* that is because I've gotten my *kitten* in gear and been faithfully logging for 65 days and making full use out of my…

I'm 42 (just turned on Boxing Day) and I feel that age is just a number. Every day, hour, minute, second. you get older. I learned a lot getting here; had some fantastic experiences and some not so fantastic. I really enjoy MFP and like it much more than WW or SP, both of which I have a free membership.
-
I have had a very positive experience also. I had some questions when I started and the CSR was very helpful.

Here's this from that thread. Enjoy, Libi

I''ve never tracked car journeys, and tbh, I'm now sure how you really do that. It is something I looked into because my family all lives 2+ hours away. Traveling does make your body ache from sitting a certain way and repetitive movements but I think it is already factored in for sedentary lifestyles. EDIT: This thread…

HI!! First of all, congratulations. I personally feel it was money well spent. I'm down 30 pounds since my annual last April and almost 20 of them are since I got my fb in December. Everyone is different. I don't track food using fb, I only use mfp. When I started mfp, my precalculated intake was 1600 calories. That is way…

What's your recipe with canned pumpkin?? I ,, pumpkin, and this sounds suspiciously like it would taste similar to a pumpkin blizzard!

I'm not a fan of banana either, unless it comes in Laffy Taffy, then I could eat an entire bag. I never have been either, and the popular treat around here is chocolate dipped, frozen bananas served on a Popsicle stick. ICK! I have to stay away from anything chocolate and strawberry also due to allergies so my ready made…

I *love* my Fitbit! I was EXTREMELY lucky, got mine from eBay for less than $50 because someone didn't like it. It tracks calories, steps, flights of stairs, and syncs automatically with MFP on my iPhone. I track my activity like normal but if I miss something or have the wrong calories burnt, the fb will do an adjustment…

I like taking a bag of frozen Bertolli Tuscan-style Beef and Vegetables and cook it in on low while I'm at work. I add some pepper and garlic powder because it seems to be a bit bland otherwise. Half the bag, prepared, is only 360 calories. Served with a bagel instead of bread or biscuits and the calories are only 620.
