19.5/60 walking @k80flec I'm sorry about the lockdown. Does exercise around the block count as a good reason? @darkrider42 Congrats on the streak and I hope your knee feels better. @kar328 I'm having the same issue with it. @clepant That's a lot of miles. I didn't get on the ex bike last week. Every time I went to the gym…

Thank you Dave and Janet for hosting the challenges. Please sign me up for 60 miles this month.

71.7/50 Congratulations to everyone who participated.

63.5/50 @JTH11706 I am so glad your mother is negative for Covid. We too have a tradition of watching Die Hard (and Lethal Weapon). @k80flec I am glad you are relatively safe. @kar328 I'm pleased for you that you are getting your vaccine. Our county had 400 doses and ran through them pretty quickly. We spent the first…

49.1/50 Almost there. I'm determined ti get in that last mile today. I took it very easy over the weekend and was only stiff this morning. I'm sure it will change when I get in the work rhythm this week and all of the stairs @clepant I hope your providers get a treatment plan figured out. Arthritis is awful.…

Congratulate me. 😏 Orthopedist says I have microscopic (stress) fractures in my ankle and tendon that are slowly healing from my accident the end of September. If I had gone in right away he would have put me in a cast but it's healing fairly well, if slow. Rest, ice/heat, elevate, and Aleve for me. If it isn’t better by…

19.4/50 This week hasn't been great for me. In addition to my my tendon injury, my knee now is pretty sore due to the strange way I'm walking. I have a very hard time pushing off to do our slightly taller step from our sitting room to the living room & dining room to the kitchen. Fortunately my appointment has been moved…

Please put me down for 50 miles this month. I can always increase it if I get there early in the month.

I finished out November with 77.7 miles. See you next month. :)

And yesterday makes goal!! It’s good timing because I strained my tendon again. These injuries are the worse. I hope etc Verona is having a good weekend.

MTD: 26.44 I did a lot of miles last week on the treadmill. I'm really enjoying (?) the 4/3 intervals on it. My heartrate is up and I end up sweating buckets. The exercise bike is a pain in the neck though, I'm not enjoying the upright bike. I've joined a challenge at the gym, we weighed in last week and they will check in…

MTD - 9.59 miles So far I've averaged 3 miles a day this week. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm part of a Workweek Hustle on FitBit and I've over half the miles in this morning from last week. My goal it to do a little better each week until I can reliably get back to 10K steps in a day, knowing I will have setbacks at times…

@k80flec I would have to pass on the entire Segway thing whether it had handles or not. I'm pretty sure I would fall off or run it into something! ;) Auto correct wants to change Segway to Nosegay. LOL @Leanz I'm glad you aren't hurt more. Take it easy for a few days, there is nothing to mess about head injuries.

Please add me for 70 miles this month. Also, if anyone is participating in NaNo this month, I wish you the best of luck. Libi

GOAL!!! It's funny that my HIIT was 1.7 miles, putting me at exactly 70 miles. I have been a very busy lady this week. I have two days left and I'm pretty happy. Tomorrow I won't be getting any in, our shower sprung a leak on Friday and Tuesday evening the bottom went out of our hot water heater. Thank goodness for gyms…

On Sunday I made a Mississippi Pot Roast, it's our favorite. Shredded it up for hot beef sandwiches on a hoagie bun with mashed potatoes, and a sliced hoagie. It was leftovers for dinner last night only with brown gravy over mashed potatoes and no bread. There was enough of that for DH to take for lunch today. I brought a…

MTD - 56.07 My achilles tendon is feeling much better but I still have some soreness and it is tight. Sometimes when I walk it catches and pops. I know it can take months to heal but I'm hoping it doesn't. I'm on the countdown for the final weeks before I can drive!! I'm super excited if you can't tell. :D It seems like…

CONGRATS on making GOAL to @ANACONDA469, @clepantand, @k80flec , @kar328. That's fabulous !! :star: Dave, I hope you had a great weekend. We went to the HD Museum two years ago and it was pretty great. There is a little hole in the wall diner not far from there that serves the best burgers, called Oscar's Pub & Grill. Two…
