Good Day! I am in ...starting weight is 215 :'( and my goal is 180 ...I started exercising again yesterday (plan to Spin min 3 times per week), 64ozs+ water per day ...off I go :)

Hello .. I was 201 ... now I am 199 ...I am so looking forward to shedding the next 20 lbs. I've added weight training and Spinning ... I love Spinning ...well mostly the last 5 minutes of the class because it gives me such a sense of accomplishment to have lived thru the pain.

I struggle also ... I love the Christmas season but some how the "perfect christmas" never materializes ...and even though I know there is no such thing I still get a bit depressed.
