For the love of god, please don't ADD MSG to your food!! it is poison!! the protocol for makign mice fat in a lab study is to feed it MSG. It should be illegal. It is hard enough to avoid it in your food since food manufacturers hide in under many other names... Please, please, please don't add it!

It lasts 12 months in a deep freese and 9 months in a regular freezer. tthe lactation onsultant I used said unless it smells/tastes bad don't throw it away.

Respectfully - No... the yoke is not bad! Eat the eggs and the YOKE! it is where all the nuticician is! I agree with Alisha - good quality diatery fats (eggs, avocados, olives, nuts, etc...) don't make you fat! Too many overall calories and simple carbs do!

I love, love super dark, dark chocolate... my newest LOVE is THEO brand chocolate... I love their 85% bar and limit myself to 1/2 -1 oz per day.... I particularly like it because it tastes great and doesnt have soy lethecin (sp?) in it.. avoiding soy these days

you may want to search teh archives too, I am recalling a similar thread a few weeks ago... another suggestion was to cut an avocado in half and crack an egg in to the middle and bake until the egg is cooked to your liking... I remember thinking I wanted to try it, but I haven't gotten around to it.

I don't touch it (or any artificial sweetener), I regard them as poison! you are far better to have a little of a natural sweetner like raw honey or maple syrup.
