If my tainer had her way, once a month. I do it twice a month, not even weekly because i find my body goes through cycles weekly and i get a better picture on a bi-monthly basis of what is and isn't working. But that's just me, we're all different and it certainly takes a lot of energy to keep away from the scale those off…

I have definitely been trying to eat better calories and still eating carbs (just choosing healthy ones) I have started adding herbalife shakes in as snacks to help me get there, but I even have a hard time getting a full serving of those consumed. Lol. And here i was worried i'd be starving

This Thread was really helpful, thank you! I have been raving a really hard time consuming over a thousand calories which is really not good given 1 earn usually another4-600 from working out. I've added a couple herba life shakes recently, so hopefully that will help and I'll see better weight loss results.
