I was a milk drinker myself only fat free milk I might have one or two cups a week now but I usually use almond milk unsweetened in my smoothies that i have once a day. Trying to drink as much water as I can each day lead me to just cutting out the milk.

I hated water years and years ago, right now. I cant go with out it. Learn more about what water really does for your body you will start to love it. I also love how much smoother my skin feels. I've done that as well,but have to look at it ,remember it and just keep going. Start your day like you would and just keep logging and doing what you need to do. I didn't skip a meal because that day was gone this was a new day and I needed to go at it like I do every day I would do that with my food on the day after…
