No shame, you're not alone. I just started 30DS yesterday and I'm using filled metal water bottles - they're about 1lb each. I could probably go heavier, but I don't want to overdo it out the gate.

I just started 30DS yesterday. It was tough, but doable. I can't do pushups to save my life, so I cheated and did wall pushups - same move, just less pressure on the wrists (and therefore less weight) I'm having an awkward time with stairs, sitting down, and standing up... and like a glutton for pain I'm looking forward to…

Make sure to grab the micky d's wrappers that are transparent from grease. Not only does the grease add flavor but it will help everything slide through, expediting your weight loss.

Day 5 done! I lost count during so i added some kick backs and leg raises about 40 on each leg to be sure... I'm apparently having problems with counting today.

Resting on squats, going to hit the elliptical or treadmill and maybe do some planking, work the other side. ; )

Day 3 - 60 squats done... could have been worse, but thighs were super tight. Apparently I'm the only one who is feeling sore... but I'm feeling sore in my thighs, not my glutes. Same here. It's a bit rough to get up and sit down but I'm loving it - means it's working!!

Done! I'm finding that actually doing the squats is fairly easy... it's afterwards that I'm feeling it.

@TiraFit - My knees crack every time I bend or sit or stand so I had my Dr. check them out. He told me that unless I was in pain to not worry about it, and then we proceeded to have a contest to see whose knees popped the loudest. If you're concerned, have your Dr. check it out.
