If MFD had real-world accountability meetings, I probably would go. The freestyle WW system is concerning to me.

Ha. My mom used to do this when we were kids. It made me feel poor but now I admire that.

Wow!

For many on keto, the scale starts to become less of an issue since body composition can get better before scale weight is apparent. I still do emotional eating but now instead of ice cream it is a bowl of whipped cream and strawberries or an avocado with salt and pepper instead of chips. I don't need to ruin my diet when…

I also can't cook. I buy a gigantic tub of spring mix, shredded carrots, seeds and nuts, canned tuna and salmon, avocado, etc from Aldi. For variety and my sweet tooth I add in seasonal fruit like mandarins, strawberries, grapes. I microwave fish with lemon, olive oil and spices or put chicken in an Instant Pot. Actually,…

I was thinking about bourdoir photos to give husband on anniversary. Maybe I will book them for a future date to inspire me.
-
@Everyonelies Lol. Picturing you weigh a carcass on a meat scale for some reason.
-
I love how you get thinner but gain weight in the last few photos. It is proof that the scale is just a number.

I still use my food scale because I will totally under estimate 28g of nuts. Once I started measuring on a food scale, I realized my salads average 1,000 calories. I still eat them but at least make better decisions for dinner.

This was me too until my husband gained weight and then we both felt gross. My superficial reason is to be able to shop at the local thrift store. Somehow all the nice clothes are size 6 or 8. The bigger you get, the more ratty and out-of-date they are. I think the Target donates new clothes so the size 8s still have tags…

I wish I had a woosh too, but if you look at your measurements, you might notice a difference there. I did with my belly measurements.

I commute 90 minutes 3/week. I absolutely love where I live but no positions in my specialization. I thought about splitting the commute and living half-way but that would put me in a suburb or rural area where I would feel disconnected to people. When I am home I want all the amenities of urban life. What do you value…

Today's goal is not to mess up the first day of my diet.

I am in. My goal weight has shifted because I never got there so I will try for a new goal weight.

I'm in. Exciting.

Planet Fitness on 38th street. They just opened it.

Find a Latino, Asian, or Indian or Arab grocery. They tend to have cheaper veggies, spices, and fish. Big chain groceries throw away overly ripe fruit, but little stores will sell it at half the price. Then you can make a smoothie with it. Also, I made a chart of my staple foods with their prices at my top 4 grocery…

Thanks.

Beautiful and nice curves.

Good question, because I've wondered this too. I never feel like eating breakfast until around 10 or 11am. I'm going to stick to what has worked for me then.

First have your stylist curl your hair as if you had a perm to see if you like it. Or go to the wig shop and try on different looks. One con of perming is that you'd have to flat iron whenever you want to do a straight do. That's extra damage to the hair you've grown out. And make sure you have a good stylist. Some perms…

I'm Lennie. I started today after eating everything in sight while out of town. I've been eating 80% paleo for the last month, but I'm looking forward to doing the Whole30 and I start crossfit next week.

I'm about to donate my scale. My weight can go up or down 5 lbs from one day to the next. And the body fat number will change just as arbitrarily too. It's an expensive scale but daily weighing is definitely not good for my psyche. But then, I'd probably just use the Wii Fit to weigh myself obsessively.

Vanity! And I want to show my fitness freak brother that I can do "man pushups." I wish I could say "health," but that's not really what I think of when I'm squatting and sprinting. I'm thinking "I'm sexy and I know it." I eat clean and do Zumba and CrossFit.

My name is Lennie. I didn't think there would be any Paleo people tracking food, so I wanted to identify myself as such.
