I used to do free days every Saturday, but what I do now is just give myself about 500 extra calories Saturday and Sunday. Still, I fully support free days!

Yup! When I started last April I was squeezing into a size 24 but now I am a size 18 :)

I started couch to 5k at 250 pounds... I never quite finished it I'm still stuck around week 5 but you don't HAVE to follow the week guide if you don't want just follow your body queues. I'm now 216 pounds, but I also do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on the days I don't run.

5'4 216 pounds size 18 but I think I will be 16 soon the 18s are getting a tad loose. Also you didn't ask this but I thought it may help, my waist is 37.5 inches and my hips are 46 inches.

I have bipolar 2 and I said something about it once on facebook when I was having a manic episode and let's just say it did not go over well. So no, I definitely wouldn't post anything about it on FB unless like another poster said you have it set to where only certain people can see it.

I'll be everyone's friend! I've actually never had to deal with overly critical friends, mostly on my bad days people just don't comment :p Then again I have less than 20 friends on here.

I'm done with the 30 day part of the 30 day shred, I just keep doing it (level 3) because it's a great, quick work out! But I also do her Kick Box Fast Fix when I get burnt out of the 30 day shred. That one also has three 20 minute work outs!

When I started the 30 day shred I was probably about 270 pounds. Like another poster said, do the moves Anita does and if you need a break on certain moves (I remember jump ropes KILLED me at the time) just jog in place! Also make sure to drink plenty of water! And if all else fails, just try to do a little more every day,…

YES I started out at 303 last April and as of this morning I am now 221! You can add me too :)

I started at 300 and barely fitting into a size 24, but it took me about 50 pounds to get to a size 22! I've lost 30 more pounds since then and went down 2 more sizes! I'm guessing I just wasn't losing weight off my hips until after the first 50 pounds.

Oh my goodness how tall are you, 6'7? I'm JK but you look AMAZING to be weighing 224 pounds, If you didn't say that I would have thought you were 140 pounds! Actually you look better at 364 than I did at 300! I'm so sorry for your loss that's every mothers worst nightmare :(

I have two boys, ages 4 and a half and 17 months... I'm a stay at home mom and there still isn't enough hours in the day, I couldn't imagine doing all you do!!!!
