  • I didn't quite expect a big response like this. -__- obviously I don't have a problem with pizza in general, or else I wouldn't be on here trying to lose weight. lol.... I was undecided, and thought I'd ask. Oops. Probably won't be looking for support on here anymore. :x
  • That's kind of what I was thinking, but I don't know. I went to the park to walk, there is a walking trail, and I played on the playground with my kid, but I thought it seemed a little weird to have been so much. I even broke the time down between how much I walked and how fast I was walking. I wasn't power walking the…
  • I feel like it is for me. One slice alone has as many calories in it as I would normally eat for a whole meal. Granted, it's got all different kinds of food groups in it, depending on what you get, but I have a really hard time only eating one piece! One piece turns to two, two turns to three, three turns to "Heck, I'll…
  • Thank you. That's my problem too. Once I start, it's hard to stop, and regardless of how much I end up having (one or half a pizza) I always feel guilty. I'm still unsure about the whole calorie thing. It seems crazy to me that two hours walking around at a park could have left me with that many extra calories after…
  • Yikes!! It's not THAT big of a deal. I even said that I can't and am not blaming him. I know that I can choose to not eat it, but my whole reason for posting was to see other people's opinions about whether or not it's worth eating. In my opinion, Papa John's pizza can be really bad for you, but I was hoping maybe someone…
  • I guess it's not, but one slice has about as many calories as I would normally eat for a whole meal, and it's really hard to just eat one piece for me. I guess it's a lack of will power. I'm working on it though. I ate some pizza, and although I feel guilty, the numbers look alright. I was afraid of the fat and the sodium…
  • lol! I mean, Papa John's and Dominos ARE pretty bad... Come on. :P No one can deny that!
  • A bottle of wine does sound good. xD
  • Great idea. I've seen some recipes for cauliflower/spinach crusts, so I'll try that.
  • Thanks everybody. I appreciate all the answers!
  • Well, I really don't know how accurate this is about calories and exercising, but it's also not just the calories. I know pizza is high in fat, sodium, sugar, carbs, stuff like that... and I just can't decide whether or not it would be worth it. Calorie-wise, yeah, no problem, but it's more of everything else I'm iffy…
  • I never liked yogurt growing up, but I acquired a taste for Chobani for awhile. I ended up with a bad one though, one time, where I guess it was going bad and the aluminum top raised up really high, and I've been scared to eat any since. I am very weary about any dairy products going bad, and something like that will make…
  • I'm sure this is probably a pretty common answer, but I find a lot of interesting stuff on youtube. I've just recently gained an interest in yoga again, and I'll just search yoga and pick one. Good luck!!
  • It's possible! Check out everybody's tickers here in the forums. I see people all the time who have lost that much. Good luck!!
  • I will. I usually expect for the number to be a little different every day anyway, whether it's up or down. I know our weight fluctuates, so I don't let it bother me.
  • Wonderful! Great job!
  • I'd suggest trying to switch up your diet and exercise? If you keep doing one thing, your body will get used to it, and you'll hit a "plateau". Good luck!

  • Hi there! I've been using this app for a little while, on and off, but am new to the "community". I need friends too. Feel free to add me, or I'll add you. I've got a good bit of weight to lose, and I don't have a whole lot of support here at home.
  • What an interesting way to look at it. xD I was feeling a little down about only having lost 7lbs, but that means I've lost 28 sticks of butter! Pretty cool. ;)
