In the course of my long journey, I have shrunk quite a bit...I started out as a size 18...and just this last week, I bought new pants in.....a SIZE 4!! I have NEVER been that size in my life. Even at my lowest and most fit weight in high school, I was a size 8. I call that a huge NSV!!

Works now. Thanks!!

The spreadsheet won't let me edit. The old spreadsheet never gave me issues.

Feel free to add me, over 200 days and counting!

I LOVE the Isa mushroom soup; worth a shot!

Really glad to see this group has started! I have a goal weight of 135, ultimate goal 130, but I am not sure with my body composition if I can get there. My weight loss has slowed this past month, lost just 3 pounds in this month, had been averaging 6-8/month previously. I think this may be my last "challenge" if I am…

I don't think I added my info here but my name is on the spreadsheet... Starting weight 1/1- 145 Goal weight for challenge- 135 I don't know if I want to go any lower than that...depends on how 135 feels, but 130 would be the lowest ever for ultimate goal. And I still cannot edit the spreadsheet

Thanks for putting this all together for this 100 days...it really helped keep me motivated to have the accountability. Looking forward to the next 100 days challenge group!

It will not let my edit the google doc with my weigh in...help! oh and, bm1409, I had to change my search options to 'groups' to find the FB group. It is private and you have to send a request to be approved

I have lost 88 pounds and my bust size went from a tight 40DD (probably should have been wearing a bigger bra) to a 36C
-
My goal is to get to 135 by the end of the challenge. I currently weigh 145. I know it seems like not that much weight to work on losing in 150 days, but that is the last of my weight to lose. I have already lost 85 pounds, and that lats 10 will be a challenge since I am so close to goal.

The black sesame shakes can be made hot or cold, AND when I want something hot, I go for the Isalean soup instead of the shakes...it is an easy alternative with the same nutrition!

I am getting VERY close to my goal weight, so I am not going to have a big goal, but I am excited anyway! When are our starting weights and goal weights due by? And where shall they be posted? Getting excited!

I am excited to see this group start as well!
-
You can do it!!!
-
I am looking forward to continuing my journey from the other group.

Awesome!

I think based on the fact that I hit my challenge goal too, I will be adjusting my goal weight down a few pounds. Way to go on the goal being met!

I am super shocked to report that I lost weight over the holidays. I know I watched the eating and didn't splurge, but I certainly surprised myself with the loss. I also just surpassed my goal for this challenge! AHHHHH!! I guess it is time to turn my sights toward my ultimate goal!
-
I am in it to the end as well. Keep up the hard work!

For this challenge: SW: 176 CW (at weigh in): 156 GW (by Christmas) 160 Lost: 20 pounds! I beat my goal! I expect my weight loss to taper to a halt now, and I am okay with that. 21 pounds until my ultimate (nothing to do with Christmas goal) goal weight! Keep up the hard work, everyone!

I don't know what weight I will be at when this challenge starts, so I don't yet know what my weight loss goal will be. I do plan to come back to this closer to the start and list one!

I gained over the weekend and I wasnt sure why (still don't know), and curiosity today got the best of me. I lost the 2 pounds I gained, thank goodness. Must have been water. Today, my goal is to appropriately space my calories (not to have a large gap in time with no intake).
-
That is awesome! Amazing!
-
I certainly hope so! I really like that about the 100 days to 2015 group!

Glad I don't like any chocolate flavored desserts, pie, brownies, mayonnaise, mustard, steak sauce, cream cheese, whipped cream, most cookies, and the list goes on. I really don't have a sweet tooth unless you put ice cream or chocolate chip cookies. I also am glad I don't like alcohol, saves calories and money.

I make sure my protein numbers are high enough. I have been focusing on keeping my protein high and my sugar and sodium within the goal ranges I set on MFP. For protein intake, my goal is 0.5g for every 1 pound I weigh. It is a challenge, but I find with the higher protein levels, my weight loss has been more steady and…
