Hi, welcome and feel free to add me. I have only used MFP to figure my calories and I usually eat workout calories back and I'm losing weight.

I will sometimes do some leg work between sets when I'm working my upper body or vis-versa if that part of my body has had a day of rest.

I agree, you should see a Dr. I also agree, sodium could be an issue. All of your meals sounded high sodium, not just sodium but nitrites, at that.
