I don't like water either but I drink between 8 to 12 glasses a day with Mio they have different flavors and you can change them up and no calories either I also drink decaf brewed coffee about a pot or pot and a half a day. You are just starting out so your numbers might be a little larger but they will start to change and you will have good weeks and not so good weeks just keep up the working out and try and burn more than you eat but eat the calories suggested if you can.
