I have a stationary bike that i do HIIT on...I love it! you burn way more calories and it makes the workout go by faster. I do it 30 mins a day 5 days a week. I have been doing this since november.

hahaha how funny...as i clicked this..i have a cup of hot tea in my hand!! why??? because i am craving candy :) I use tea.. and stevia and a splash of almond milk (probably like 2 tablespoons) and almond milk is 60 calories a cup...so you do the math ;) 7 or 8 calories for a cup of tea that pleases my sweet tooth
