I would like small thighs I havent measure mines im afraid too lol but all I know I cant wear shorts while working out cause they will rub against each other and chafing -_- then it be all red and hurt so im guessing i got big ones lol

Thats how i felt as well since i was going to the gym i thought it was fine to eat but big mistake now its all about discipline with eating habits :) we have to stick to it!

low fat yogurt activia is one of my favorites. Protein shakes are always good as well around 8oz of nonfat milk with your choice of protein mix.
