Dont know if its the HCG, or what its called personally. She told me the doctor is giving her two shots, and she goes twice a week. One shot is a fat blocker, unsure of the exact name and the other is a B12 shot. (Which B12 shot I have been giving when I had the flu. LOL)

Yes completely normal, there have been times I weighed myself in the morning and again at night and was up 9lbs! But then down 10lbs in the morning. :-) There have been times where I weigh myself in the morning, and then again at night and am down 2-3lbs. Dont let it freak you out, it can vary.

Good News about Asian Buffets, is my favorite food is the hot and sour soup. So I always get a bowl of that, and I enjoy it with some Salmon Nigiri (Sushi). Yes, incorporate weights and cardio and you will see results much faster. You will also be happier with your overall body as well in the end. Dont expect results overnight.

This is what I do to keep me on track. I also drink at room tempertatures, its easier for me. Occassionally I'll add some mint leaves, or put a crystal light mojito in there. ;-)

Thank you so much for posting this, I'm two weeks into my exercise routine and had lost 5lbs, then a day later was up 4lbs. Lucky I continued and it made me work harder.
