They are not very accurate unfortunately. I just got "tanked" and found that there was a 9% difference from what my BF scale said. And it wasn't to the good lol. I believe that tanking and the Bod Pod are the two most accurate ways to get your true body fat %. In my area there is a mobile van that travels to various gyms.…

Yes, back in 1991 I had lost 48 pounds following the weight watchers program. Back then all fat was evil so I barely ate any. I ended up having my gall bladder removed due to some big stones that wouldn't pass. The Doctor asked me if I had lost a lot of weight quickly. I thought he was physic LOL. I guess limiting fats…

I read the book 'Wheat Belly'. Pretty interesting information. I have been cutting out most wheat products, probably 80% from what I used to eat. I have noticed that I feel better. But everyone should follow the diet that they can sucessfully maintain.

When you cut it in half, leave the seed in the half you are going to save, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refridgerator. It should stay fresh for a day or two. I usually eat 1/2 at a time so I do this often. Enjoy!

This morning I had 4 oz baked chicken breast and 1/2 avacado. I'm trying to add more protein and good fat to my diet and eat less processed foods. Hey, sometimes people eat breakfast for dinner so why not dinner for breakfast? :tongue:

Your sodium intake is high most days. I would try to dercrease that, drink lots of water and increase the intensity of your exercise. Just keep plugging along and don't give up! :smile:
