I'm 5'6.5 and curently weigh 164 lbs. I started at 180 lbs on May 1st. I got more serious about it in July. When I hit 167 lbs, other people noticed. I couldnt' tell by looking at myself UNTIL I tried on pants that didn't fit last year and they now fit!!!!

It's not just today you were under. If you go back and look at the other days, you are often under your calories.
