Most people deal with a lot of self image issues. On MFP just about everyone does. Not everyone admits it, but they are there. Point I have is this... We do not need MORE labels for people. We do not need more judgement of *kitten* that doesn't matter. Sometimes extremes are the only things that work for people, and…

So self image issues didn't play a part in your joining of MFP? Because if they didn't, then you are a very rare member.
-
As yes, that may be true. We all judge ourselves and it worsens as we receive external judgement. Being the thread starter, may I ask why you joined the community?
-
I bigger issue is people's OBSESSION with judging others in the way that they eat. Judgement of people is a bigger issue and would account for the reason why many people join this site in the first place.

A pickle, believe it or not, gets me through this.

Nope

Nope. We have bigger issues to focus on.

Quote of the day. People have their own ways that work for them, better than those who aren't doing anything. How is it any of our f***** business how someone decides to eat?

Obviously not, as I obviously wasn't arguing that they'd train differently for the same goal. I was just saying that's why BrianDavid2015 was a skeptic.

"Also, there are very, very few ways in which men and women should train or diet differently." This looked like a lone statement to me that is separate from that point that TavistockToad is claiming.
-
How did this dude get his post hijacked about a social issue regarding training methods between the genders? Stop being so defensive, and no; there are not "very few" situations where women should train differently than men. There are VERY MANY mostly because of the fact that men and women usually have two very different…

Thank you! Thanks for the request! Same with everyone else that added me!

Exactly my point. Well put.

Right and you also would not be able to even feel good about it. Because that would make it possible that you may have done so to get a good feeling in return. ALSO, you'd be doing this to prove a theory right or wrong. Meaning you'd get a result out of it.

I have not crushed on her, no. But I'm glad to have her as a friend and by saying that I do not intend to take away from her that she is attractive.

Here's what it comes down to. Nobody ever does a good deed without getting something in return. Now, hear me out. I know that the most respectable thing to do is do nice things without wanting anything in return. BUT, try to think of any good deed ever and why a person does it. A person will conduct a good deed to get…
