I agree. I had a dog come running out after me a few weeks ago, and it was almost hit by a car as it ran out across the street to chase me. Thanks everyone. I haven't significantly increased training recently, but maybe I did pull something and rest will help. I do try to be aware of my running form, so I'll keep working on that too.
