Ugh I've been sick all week and feel lousy...BUUT I think it has helped me so far...I have no appetite for the junk food that I usually do and I've been drinking water and tea like its my job!

CW: 156.8 UGH...I guess at least it is moving in the right direction...I was hoping for a much bigger change after doing so much better calorie wise this week! I think I need to step up my water drinking...

just checking in! I finally got fed up with my gains after last week and have been really good these last few days....under my calories or less than 100 cals over (rather than 500 or 600 over) every day!!! I also broke back out the wii fit, even though I really hate the groaning noises it makes when you stand on it...haha…

Ok so I missed weigh in this week because things have been getting kind of crazy...but I've been getting back to the gym and am looking forward to weighing in on Friday! As for the dancing challenge, I love it! One of my favorite ways to exercise is to pop Just Dance 2 in my Wii and just have fun!

CW-157...YIKES!!!!! The hurricane/lack of power/stress of the first week of school has led to me binging/not counting my calories all week!!! However, I did start getting to the gym again at the end of last week, so today comes the sincere effort to regain control over what I am eating!!!
