I just found out I've lost 5cm off the belly fat! I measured from the belly button, I also measure the true waist too but my belly has been such a problem I measure it too! Today is the first day I've had any progress on it! :)

For a long time I didn't take any vitamins at all, and over time I started to feel really lethargic until I was sleeping like 15 hours a day! I've got very weak ankles that I seem to sprain all the time and I started taking a Glucosamine and MSM in one everyday about a month ago and I've noticed a big difference when running and wearing certain types of shoes :)

A stranger once stopped me in a store and asked me if I was having a boy or a girl- I was definitely not pregnant and I was about 20kg lighter than I am now!
