try doing push ups on your coffee table etc. on an incline is easier. you'll get there eventually! I'm not doing 30DS because I lost my copy and don't have unlimited internet so I can't do it from youtube. But I'm doing Ripped in 30 instead this month. I've already done 9 days! I try to take it at what it is.. reality show and unrealistic and entertainment. I understand that what they are going through is not very healthy etc. the only thing that's on my mind when I watch is that they dehydrate for weigh ins. idk why that gets me so much but I think they should be on a set amount of water to take…

Age: 23 Height: 5'8" Weight: 117lbs Calories in/out: I don't track calories. I'm trying to tone up and get more healthy (stronger, cardiovascular). I don't want to lose any net lbs because I hope to gain muscle, but ultimately I'd like to lose my belly pooch.. but I know I'll need to watch my diet more for that.

I did 7 days of level 1. If I feel like I need a break I'll take a day off but I haven't hit that point yet. I'm extremely sedentary so I don't think I'm "overdoing it." But I think 6 days is good too. Starting Level 2 in a little bit.

awesome, great replies so far! I am not trying to lose weight (I am underweight, have a bit of fat to lose but hopefully no net lbs)... but gain muscle and improve my nutrition. I don't really enjoy eating egg yolks but I will if it's better for me.

I finished Level 1 Day 7 today! So proud of myself, 1/4 the way there already! It feels GREAT. Starting level 2 tomorrow. I had a hard time today, I waited too long to do it and I was dehydrated so I'm nervous for tomorrow after struggling. Water is going to be my best friend and I'm gonna start earlier. I was so focused on my insecurities that it was affecting my sex life, always hyperaware of my stomach. & I saw a picture of me in a bikini that I didn't know was being taken.. and I looked simultaneously scrawny and soft.

Couch to 5k Running plan? it's awesome, I'm going to do it again this summer. 9 weeks to running 5k or half an hour without stopping. If you have no weights you can use water bottles or canned foods. and weights are cheap anyways as far as Jillian Michaels is concerned, they're like a dollar a pound which isn't bad…
