Apples, of course. Mix it in with the Jello Sugar Free Chocolate pudding (60 cals) - tastes like a reese's cup - yummy! Mix it in with plain fat free yogurt and maybe a little honey.

Take any flavor sugar free instant pudding mix (I like vanilla or chocolate). Mix it with HALF the amount of milk the box calls for. Stir until dense then fold a tub of cool whip into it. Makes a great topping for cakes or you can put in middle of graham crackers and freeze!

Thanks for this info! I'm basically same height range and weight as you (5' 4" and 149 lbs). I also only work out 3x week but vigourously (spin class, bootcamp). So this makes me feel more positive about my decision to up my cals!
