I made this over the weekend - it was soooo good! Even my kids liked it - my 15 yr old son devoured it and asked for more. I never mentioned the words "low-fat" because he would have not given it a chance before trying it!

You have my support! Way to go so far!!

Just to clarify, I totally agree with the other ladies - talk to your doctor! When I said its a good way to track your progress, I meant just to see where you are now compared to your weight at giving birth and being able to start over. 1100 calories is definitely not enough for a pregnant woman! But also don't go…

i didn't know it was possible to not like donuts! Wish I could say that :)

slowly nibbled? I've never slowly nibbled a cookie!

That happened to me as well about 3 weeks in. I used to drink 1 Diet Coke a day and have a sweet chocolate snack in afternoon, plus chips at lunch. I replaced everything with healthier versions - apple/pnut butter for snack, carrots instead of chips. So I think I went thru withdrawal of lacking sugar and carbs. I felt like…

When I was on Weight Watchers years ago (pre Points+ program) and using the old points system, I used to go to Subway on Fridays, get a Veggie Delite salad with FF italian dressing and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Because the salad was 0 points and the cookies were 7 points (which is usually what I used on a meal). Some may…

With my first pregnancy, I continued my healthy eating and workouts (which included step aerobics) until I was about 7 months pregnant. I only gained 23 lbs, had minimal morning sickness (not that its connected) and gave birth to a perfectly healthy 7lb baby boy. It was also much easier to get the weight off after giving…

OK I've read everyone's response and appreciate it but must respond to this. I NEVER gave him an ultimatum. I NEVER said marry me or we are done!!! We talked about marriage many times and looked at rings, houses etc. But alot of factors involved, I own a home/ he still owns a home in another state - not a good housing…

OK! Wow! You put it out there, you gotta be prepared for the brutal honestly! whew! I was in a horrible marriage for 15 years so when I met a guy at age 36 that showed me what true love is about - friendship, love, mutual respect, etc. then yes its been hard moving on. And for the record, the contact has not been one sided…

I made these at Christmas - they are sooooo good!

Not sure if you're looking for sweet stuff or just anything. Go to Hungy Girl website - she has a lot of single serving dishes. She has several variations of what she calls an Egg Mug where you put egg whites, veggies etc in coffee mugs and microwave. I've made for breakfast or as quick meal in evening time.

That's a great idea! I will try this :)

YUMMM that's sounds good!

There's something called a 3-2-1 cake. I think its 3 tablespoons cake mix, 2 tablespoons water mixed in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. I MIGHT HAVE THAT TOTALLY WRONG! I think I saw a thread about this the other day and I saw it on PINTEREST. But I didn't repin and now can't find it, of course! I think Hungry Girl has…

I saw a recipe on here the other day for healthy peanut butter cookies - think they were only about 60 calories each. You could just bake a few at a time and freeze the rest for later. That might help with not over-indulging if you only bake a few at a time.

when you type bump it goes into your My Topics so its easy to find later. I had to ask a while back too :)

I recently found a recipe where you do this but divide it in mini muffin pan, drizzle with chocolate and freeze. Then pop out for a treat. I think they're 1 point Weight Watchers

If I'm doing it wrong, I would very much appreciate it if a guy came over to help me. Sometimes I think about asking but too shy. I wouldn't want the guy to think I"m hitting on him - for one thing I'm probably old enough to be your mom and I never look cute at the gym! LOL! Its also nice to know WE (women) are not…

I have this recipe written down at home (found on pinterest) and been meaning to try. Really getting tired of carrots for my "crunchy" at lunchtime. Maybe I will try making this weekend. Thanks!

It helps to have workout buddies and I also do alot of group classes because that doesn't seem so boring as the treadmill. HOwever when I do get on the treadmill/elliptical, I definitely have good music going and its fun to "people watch". At my gym the treadmills/ellipticals are upstairs and look down on the floor below…

Oh yeah - peanut butter makes everything better!

SERIOUS PROPS FOR SHARING M&M'S!! Because I don't share my chocolate with ANYONE!! :noway:

So true - you just did what had to be done.....that says it all!

So proud of you for realizing that you are a super mom for doing all of those things. I think all of us sometimes get caught up in the mundane tasks of life - we do this things and accept them as our daily grind - which they are. But if you think about it, we really are the backbone of our families that keep it running. SO…

I don't think I've added you as a friend. I will do that and then you can see

You don't have to wait for someone else to invite you. You can just go onto the website and request an invite. They'll send one to your email within a few minutes and you join from there. Beware! Its totally addicting but its alot of fun. I have made a bunch or recipes, found some cute outfits, and found lots of craft…
