I remember doing squats with a trainer one day in one of my daughters physique classes and the next day i couldn't even sit on the commode .It hurt to squat to pee.LOL

I'm down 75lbs total I lost it 2010 but then i put 30lbs back on . I am taking that off plus trying to get to my goal i never reached.

Its ok its only one day.I do it to and i want to beat myself up but i just get back on track and go from there.Don't let it blow all your work out the window.If you never give up you can't fail. Thats what i live by.

If you think about it even when your full it will probably cause you to over eat if you don't have it.If i eat something i really want and not over do it its better.Have it and share it with someone .That way its not left there for you to finish off Later.
