15 weeks guys! how did you do with your valentines day challenge? I so didn't make it but I'm really trying to get on track! ughh its so frustrating but we CAN CAN CAN do it! And, God, I know I'm not the best at this and we're all struggling so don't be afraid to friend other people on this, too!

ugh im getting frustrated. im under on my calories, working out, and the scale is still not going down (it's even going up a little bit!). Last night I was at 936 calories and I really didn't want to be that low so I ate another 400 cal and now im thinking maybe I shouldn't have?

the best thing to do for this is recognize it! log everything and then look at it. When did you eat when you were just bored? What could you have done instead? You got this, girl!

@abbiez try drinking a ton of water! it sounds silly, but a lot of times when you're feeling hungry you're actually thirsty! also, make sure the calories you have set are realistic for you. i so hear you. I'm in a depressive episode right now and getting up to do anything is a fight, nevermind trying to get up to work out. Do you have a friend around that can come watch a movie with you? It's something that's pretty minimal effort but you'll be able to be social.
