it sounds weird, but i'm usually pretty good with one square of dark chocolate. i love hershey's dark chocolate bliss (i know, it's weird to like cheap chocolate over expensive chocolate). and if you're looking for something like little debbie's, hostess has 100 calorie packs!

I was on celexa for five months and just yesterday switched over to prozac because i was exhausted all of the time and it corresponded to when i went up to 40mg. i have a pair, but i dont wear them too regularly. my right foot always seems to hurt when i wear them, but i have really high arches so that could be it. It might be a good idea to do regular shoes for a little while first, just to get used to walking so much and then switch to easytones.

ugh. i just finished L1D2. walking up and down stairs today was challenging, but it's the kind of burn i remember from ballet that i've always loved. did really crappy with my eating today, so i'm not that proud of myself. but i did use 5lb weights for some of the exercises.

I ususally grab a slim fast ready-made rich chocolate shake for breakfast, and I love it! If i try to use a shake for lunch or something I usually pair it with a piece of fruit or a granola bar.
