one of my (three) roommates who always "forgets" that the dishes in the sink are hers and doesn't do them... leaves dirty pans on the hobb. and when people don't turn off the lights when the leave the room, especially in the bathroom where there's also a fan that gets left on. i think i need to live alone.

I love SlimFast shakes (royal chocolate!) and bars (sweet and salty almond!) I'm in college and I like to grab them on the way to class or eat them while I'm getting work done. Try the mint snack bars-- it's like eating a thin mint!

not gonna lie, i grab a tootsie roll almost everytime i go in PF and i have no regrets. I've only been there for the Pizza Night once, but I honestly don't think it's that horrendous a thing. if you dont want to be there for it, go earlier in the day or skip that one night a month.

I walk out of my gym and can smell the Subway next door while I see the Pizza Hut in front of me. As I pull out of the parking lot there's a McDonalds and a Dunkin Donuts. It kills me.

I love to grab a 100-calorie popcorn when my day is winding down and I'm getting ready to go to bed. It's plenty of food and keeps me from reaching for some of my roommate's oreos :wink:

this is my first single valentines day in five years, but i refuse to be cynical about it. i still think it's a great holiday that reminds us to tell the people in our life that we love them. That being said, I would absolutely love a mani/pedi :happy: so if my parents are looking at this forum.... haha

Different things work for different people. I would say that the best thing for you would probably be to talk to a doctor or nutritionist face-to-face about your goals and find out what they think is best for you.
