I did 2 rounds of TF and lost 40 pounds. Yes, you will be able to do these moves eventually so just keep pushing.Absolutely love Chalene and the program. Im on T25 now, but always revisit the program as I love the attitude and upbeat vibes! Good luck!

Hi there! I have had my BMF for about 2 months and love it. At first, I had a hard time with it adjusting to my body and loosing weight but since then I have started loosing weight again. Just give it time. :) Best of luck to you!

I like to get the fun size candy bars and just have one a day. You dont need low calorie sweets, just fit the real ones into your day. :)

Im at the end of my 2nd week. I am down 3.4 pounds already. I only measure once a month so I will update you guys when I know how many inches I lost. Just love the results I am seeing already!

I drink 16-20 cups per day. That's all I drink. Its really not that hard.

I eat yogurt every single day and it hasn't affected my weight loss either. Love the protein it provides and its so yummy. I don't really watch my sugar although most days, I know I go well over 100 grams but I eat fruit and dont add it in. So yea, i'd say its fine.

When I got my BMF, I realized I burn a TON more than what I thought per day. I realized I needed to eat more, anywhere from 1000-500 less than my total burn for the day which is about 3000. I lost 40 pounds with it. Started out not even being able to keep up with her, and ended up being able to do fire 60 (advanced TF class) without even stopping once. Absolutely love her and always will. I think you will love it! It's so fun.

I count water, and tea only when I make it without anything else like sugar. Also, if I put water in my shake, I count that.

I usually keep it on for sleeping and only take it off for syncing and showering. I would imagine it would mess with your daily burn because while I sleep, mine says I burn something like 400 calories. When I wake in the morning, I have a bigger calorie burn. So I would say yes but you can always edit off body time.
