For me, I think 10 pounds at least. That would put me at my UGW. This morning i was 139.4 so I think I can do it!

I eat mostly fresh veggies and fruits with only a couple things prepackaged and am mostly under sodium goal. I also don't add any salty seasoning when cooking either. Its hard but you will get it down. And also drink a ton of water will help counteract that salt.

I have the "ugly" bodymedia too. I dont mind the armband at all and seems to be very accurate. It has helped me loose these last few stubborn pounds too.

30 days ago I could barely do 1 man style push up. Now I can do 4!! This is alot for me as I have never had any upper body strength.

Great loss! SW: 189 CW: 140.6 LW: 140.4 Getting harder and harder to loose these last few pounds. This is even after staying on track all weekend. Also, yesterday I was feeling good so I lifted a couple heavy weights to try it out. I wonder if this is my muscles holding a little water. :)

I enjoy 2 cups a day. I have decided I won't give it up so I drink in moderation. I'm sure there are bad things about it, but that's everything these days. Drink your coffee!! :)

I have the bodymedia and love it! It gives you so much information. Before I got it a couple of months ago, I did a little research and found that the BM is supposed to be a little more accurate and tracking calories. LOL I know right. I always wanna see what I'm burning. But this may definitely be the issue. When I first got mine, I would leave it "Live" all the time with the bluetooth on. This would drain both my phone and the BM. Great suggestion!

I agree, My BMF last for about 4-6 days and I usually sync it multiple times a day as I like to see it the data all the time. I would contact customer support .

I am about 4 weeks in. I think you guys will love the program as I do. Its so easy to get it in everyday and I have lost about 5 pounds in the first month. Good luck to all of you guys!

Personally, I would wear it until I couldn't anymore as I like to always have it on. It is water resistant so if its just drizzling I think it'd be fine. Up to you though!

I would think one whole bagel, both sides. You could always weigh it out as sometimes it is more than a serving.
