Thanks guys for your responses. This is what was going on. This morning I looked back on the past week and each day only says about 15-45 minutes off body. Each time I press the button I get the little tune so I think its working fine. Appreciate it!

I think you are right. I have the body media and i hear that it is inaccurate with things you are on the ground for or riding a bicycle. I am sure you are burning more than 250 calories. I would think that 450-600 would be about right.

Thank you for your input. I have been messing with the numbers and trying to get it to work for me. I am doing better with it, but still experimenting. Hopefully, I can get it to help me loose weight. Thanks everyone!

I weigh in the morning and at night everyday. At night, I am exactly 3 pounds heavier than in the morning so I always subtract 3 pounds. The next morning, It is always right. (Assuming I have normal eating days) Its probably the food and water you had all day and has time to balance out at night.

I get about 120 g per day. I have a protein shake and egg for bfast, some type of fish for lunch along with a Greek yogurt and veggies, and then some type of lean meat for dinner. I find I am there before I know it.
