Hey guys, 10/2: 3 miles 10/3: 5 miles So far: 8 out of 100 miles I'm slowly getting back into running. After injury, I've finally learned about the importance of stretching and rest. You guys are doing great!

Hi guys, I really failed last month with my miles. Had a **** ton of injuries, but I'm back. I'll shoot for 100 this month.

Keep an eye on it. If it doesn't get any better soon, I would definitely go see a doctor if you can(just to make sure it isn't a serious injury). Take your time with the healing. If you go back too soon, the injury will keep you out longer. Sorry about your injury though.

I have about 40 pounds to lose. I'm new to running longer distances. I've lost 40 pounds and want to lose 40 more in order to run without as much pain.
