Hi I am 28 5"5' and am about 170lbs. I started at 185. I would like to get back to 140lbs by my birthday in a few months. It feels so surreal saying I will be 30 next year. I just wish my career was on a better track. Well at least I can get my body to what I want it to be.

Yes this is likely one of my downfalls.I never really thought about it.Will try to be more consistent,but more importantly what I eat. There has been a lot of good advice given on here.I will use it because I am tired of this yo-yoing.

Diarrhoea can be a problem with slimfast if you make the shakes using the powder and milk. I was on it for a time but the bloating and tummy gurgling just became a bit much for me. LOL hilarious I breathe out and take off my earrings so as not keep any unnecessary air in my lungs....too heavy and all that. oh and I try and clear my mind too...that seems to help.
