To be honest I'm not sure. All I know is that you can't spot target fat deposits but fat around the middle is almost always the last to go universally. squats and lunges are the way to go.i have the opposite problem. I am top heavy,I have no hips or thighs or bum to speak of.But I'm lugging about a 32J bosom and slightly thick waist.I'm trying to get the fat off my top half.i desperately wish i had your concern with regard to hips. Good luck.

Well there was this one time there was only vanilla ice-cream,pickles,honey and ham. They seemed to gel together well. No I'm like that.I need really sweet lemon slices or sugary treats which are not waist friendly. Other times McD's fries are the only thing that will calm the cramps. Thats my excuse...I'm quelling the cramps like medicine :P

Hiya I've not heard of mederma.I live in England.Maybe ASDA sell it as something else? AH YE OLDE Bravissimo...theu are ridiculously expensive though. I found a picture pretty colourful bra and it was £60.I couldn't believe it. I was like bloody hell. Sadly they don't do 32 J's at most other cheapie places. If only high street did my size.I'd love to be a DD again.
