Woah people lol I wasn't trying to bash Hispanics in general I was just referring to my family. I have a hard time with portion control still around good food but maybe it's an acquired skill lol anyone have any suggestions on how to fill up but still stay within portion range?

Well keep going at it and eventually you'll build up the endurance to where you can complete the workout how you'd like :) Your body adjusts fairly quickly and you'll be amazed by your progress in a week or two

Hi I'm currently doing Insanity so I can relate totally. What I do is make sure I eat a nice hardy breakfast about an hour or two before my workout. Don't burn yourself out going insane trying to keep up the first 5 minutes. Go at a pace that you can keep your form but still challenge yourself. Don't try to keep up with…

I felt discouraged on my weeks results but I still did my insanity workout :) also kept pushing myself to consume my remaining calories. Didn't have a headache or feel tired today either yay!
