I agree, everyone has done fantastic! While at my goal weight, I was a size 10. I am 5'1 with wide hips and bigger thighs. My waist is a solid size smaller than my hips and thighs! Always have to wear belts! LOL Working my way back down to a 10 or 12. Would be happy in a size 12, happier in a 10. :)

I was obsessed that Fat Sick and Nearly Dead and the juicing concept for a while! I dropped weight fast and I felt WONDERFUL by the 3rd day in of my fast. I fasted for 7 days. Thank you for the reply and friend request! I also know WW works but don't want to shell out the 60-dollar start-up cost for online OR pay 20 bucks a month to lose weight.
