Like most others have said....snap the ends off (they'll snap where they're supposed to!) and use light olive oil and kosher or sea salt (lightly). I roast them in the over for about 15-20 min at 450 depending on the size of them (sometimes they're thin and other times a bit bigger). After about 8 minutes, I stir them…

Like everyone else, all I can say is WOW! When I was at my heaviest (300lbs), I hated shopping too. I'm still not thrilled with it (CW 229lb) The way you write, I felt like you were writing about me (even though I'm a woman) with the styles, sweating, and back aching. You have come such a long way! Very impressive!…

My favorite protein shake was Champion Nutrition Chocolate. I would look around on the internet and see who sold it for the least expensive and order one to two huge containers of it. It was so long ago, I can't remember the website. I, too, bought baby spoons and used them for a little bit. My mom also bought me a body…

Same here...my hair would come out in handfuls. I just kept eating the protein and taking Biotin (which helps with hair/nails) and after awhile it slowed down. When it's happening, its horrible, but it'll turn around!

^^ This. I've been doing MFP for 10 weeks now and have lost 20 lbs. Three of those weigh-ins I stayed exactly the same as the week before (like today). Usually, the next week, I'll see a loss of 1-3 lbs. Don't look at it as a race but a change of life. Good luck!

I definitely would NOT do the grazing!!! Protein shakes or high protein foods (cottage cheese, greek yogurt, Kellog's protein bars (10g of protein in each). If you start grazing, you may get into the habit. I had RNY in 2005, lost over 120 pounds, found out I'm an emotional eater, started grazing, gained back 80 (which…
