I'm 5'1" and I am currently 130 (down from 160) and my goal weight is 120-130 somewhere. I would like to be under 130, but over 120.

I would love to be friends! :) My story is somewhat similar to yours. I have about 4 weeks til my graduation and have only another 10ish pounds to lose. I've already lost 30 (I'm 5'1").

I kinda did last night....not a full second time through. But I also walked a mile and biked 4. I was pretty sore today, but I did do another day today. Def feeling it now! :)

I want to get fit and not "flabby", too. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, and I also walk a mile and bike ~4 miles, too, so I can actually be sore the next day. Eating 1200 cals were hard for me at first, but now that I am eating only REAL, HEALTHY food, it's difficult to actually hit that. I usually eat right around 1000.…

I have the same problem!! I get it while running, too. Doing squats barefoot don't help, but running barefooted (yes, running miles without shoes) helps with that. But I still don't know what to do!

I've always had issues with my periods. I'll have one last for 1 month or more, then not have one for 6 months. I went to a herbalist and got some things balanced. I feel the same way- I ride, too and always just ride in jeans, since I feel way too "jiggly" in breeches. Squats and leg lifts are what I am working on.

I lost 25lbs in 2012, so I am starting off 2013 at 135lbs. My goal is to be at 125 (or less) and but firm! :) I am only 5'1" and I am 18.
