That is almost exactly my story! I lost 50lb. before I got pregnant with my daughter. I gained it all back and am getting back to it now. We can do it!! My daughter is 15mo now so I've got no more excuses and one more child to show a healthy life to. :happy:

I've read spaghetti squash can be used in place of pasta. I've never tried it or even seen the inside of one. Is it easy to work with?

I buy sugar free more often than fat free because it's usually less calories. I think the negative things that you hear about it depend on what they use in place of sugar.
