Yes you can, as long as you eat at a deficit. I would think at least a little bit of cardio would be good to incorporate - maybe 2-3 days a week.

I'm in! I'm 5'8 and 164 - My goal weight is 140 ultimately, but I would love to get down to 150 within the next 2 months! I'm logging food and exercise daily and I know if I stay committed it's going to happen. Feel free to add me if you want! :)

I pack my bag the night before, put my alarm on the other side of the room on the loudest setting and get right up when it goes off. I also disabled the snooze feature. Once you're out of bed it's way easier to go make coffee and head out the door.

Don't be discouraged - think about it as a marathon - not a sprint. Just keep logging every day, eating healthy choices and working out and you will see the change. Totally agree! i ended up having to have emergency surgery and 2 blood transfusions because of the mirena and now cannot have anymore kids, not saying it'll happen to everyone, but i'm really sorry I ever got it.

That's so funny, my husband was literally telling me yesterday how this is my new obsession, but like you, I feel like at least this is a healthy "obsession" - I don't think it's a bad thing for me to want to log my food and exercise. I definitely am more active on here than on my facebook and I am just fine with that ;)
