I have motivation at the highest some days, and other days, I feel like throwing in the towel. I have lost 21.5 pounds since January 1st, so I should be proud of my accomplishments so far. BUT I feel like I am not doing enough and making enough progress. So yeah, I could use the support and motivation too!

I have this problem too... I also fear that once all the extra weight is gone, I am going to need "remove excess skin" surgery.....hmm, better start saving.

drink a full glass of water before you allow yourself to eat anything. I've been doing this and found I am eating less altogether, and I read that alot of times we mistake thirst for hunger.

Cory, You put some great info out there, some of it I knew some of it I didn't. Either way all of it is a great reminder of the "important things" or the things we will have to maintain anyways once the weight is off.
