I all but gave up a couple of weeks ago and when I actually managed to maintain the 6 pounds I had lost I decided to get back on the weight loss wagon and hit it hard. That is not a fail by any means. Tomorrow is another day. Everyday will be a struggle but you can beat it. Be strong and go for a walk, read a book, something that keeps your mind off of snacking. But don't ever think that you have failed because you ate something wrong. It is just a small hurdle to overcome.

Lost a pound and really wasn't trying too hard this week since it is my first week back. So of course I am very proud of that number.

So late with this but we had a family member pass away this weekend and I wasn't on the computer at all. The weigh in is from Saturday though. I lost 1.5 pounds of the 2 pound gain I had last week. Last week: 246 This week: 244.5

This is my last week of youth basketball so I am done coaching and can get back on track. Finally I can leave the house and go to the gym again. I forgot to weigh in this morning. I woke up to a sick kid so my morning got away from me. I will weigh in first thing tomorrow morning.

I am changing my workout this week and doing Ultimate Tae Bo on Sat, Mon, Wed, and then my Walk Away the Pounds on Sun, Tues, and Thurs. Friday will be my rest day this week. I am going to stay within my calories NO MATTER WHAT and when I step on the scale and see the difference will feel the motivation again. I am not…

I gained 2 pounds this week. Last week I was 244 and this week I am 246. But starting tomorrow I am working out for 6 days in a row and eating well. I know I can do this but all of the stress this past week did me in on my eating.

Very stressful week and I am a stress eater so no loss but was happy with no gain too. In fact i was thrilled with no gain. Hopefully I can kick it back into gear this week. Last week: 244 This week: 244 -0000000

Last week: 246 This week: 244 I lost 2 pounds this week and I am actually very excited about it. I always have trouble on the weekends but this just encourages me to continue with this because it truly is making a difference.
